Salmonella Shigella (SS) Agar 500g is a highly selective and differential culture medium used primarily to isolate and distinguish pathogenic enteric bacilli like Salmonella and Shigella from clinical and food samples. It inhibits the growth of unwanted Gram-positive bacteria and most coliforms.
